Hey guys, it’s been a while! I took a little vacation off blogging, but now I’m back. We are taking the summer off work and our “regular life” and came down to Puerto Escondido, Mexico to spend a few months.
To kick off my return to the blogosphere, I want to share with you one of the most inspiring things I’ve bumped into lately: a trio of amazing teenager singers – Il Volo. Piero Barone, Ignazio Boshetto and Gianluca Ginoble are originally from Italy. These guys met in an Italian TV talent show “Ti Lascio Una Canzone” in 2009. Since then, they got together and formed Il Volo (meaning “the flight). A year later, in 2010, they released their debut album, which now has platinum status in Italy and as they said in a few interviews, their “dream is coming true” as they spread their love for music around the world.
At first, you think their voices might be fake – with such strength, power and beauty you would never imagine these voices belong to teenagers. What amazes me the most, it doesn’t look like they are making a huge effort – Piero (the one with glasses) barely opens his mouth sometimes, it’s unbelievable. Indescribable, really. Take a look at this video and see and listen for yourself!
